Cupido amour infini. An extraordinary Blaufränkisch as a
symbol of our infinite love of Blaufränkisch. Under its name, a
Blaufränkisch from our best batches has been appearing in the
great red wine years since 2000. Like humans, wine is characterized by
its uniqueness. Each vintage has characteristics that
make it unique. After selective hand picking in several harvest
rounds, the grapes were sorted again at the winery. Only the
best and most beautiful grapes are good enough. The fermentation
took place spontaneously, after the pressing the wine matured
traditionally in small oak barrels for 3 years, considering
a long and quiet period of maturity.
2015 stands for a seductive Blaufränkisch vintage with ripe
fruit character and harmony on the palate. The tannins are distinctive
but fine. A wine with great potential.
