In Burgenland, November is all about St. Martin – and the traditional goose meal. A crispy roasted martini goose with red cabbage and dumplings and a good glass of red wine is a real treat.

In times of the pandemic, eating goose in the restaurant is impossible. But there are alternatives: after pre-ordering, we picked up our goose from “Gault Millau Chef of the Year 2021” and enjoyed it at home. More about it in our video.
