Last weekend, we celebrated the 75th birthday of my father, Johann Heinrich – a very special moment for our family and our winery.
My father laid the foundation on which everything stands today. With tireless dedication, passion, and an incredible instinct for quality, he and my mother Gerti built the winery over decades.
For this, I am deeply grateful.
Even though he has now handed over the reins to me, the vineyard never let him go. Together with my mother Gerti, he lovingly tends his own little vineyard – like a second living room in the heart of nature.
Because that’s where they feel most at home: between vines, soil and sunlight.
